We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Studio IoT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
